This is a traditional strength training program with a 5 day workout split.
You have the option to choose from Home or Gym workouts! Access your workouts all on a free app& keep track of your progress and stats through the app. There are demo videos for each exercise as well as a detailed description.

This option is for non coaching. You will not receive help with workouts/macros/cardio throughout the challenge. You will only receive the meal plan and workouts. If you are familiar with macros and meal plans then this is the plan for you. (PS THIS IS NOT A NEW MEAL PLAN IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED ONE IN THE PAST, IT IS THE EXACT SAME)
