These two pictures are taken roughly a year apart with a 10-12lbs difference. The ones on the left are from my very first fall challenge that I did with you last year and the ones on the right were taken this morning. I have never felt more comfortable and confident in my skin and I owe that all to you! I have done three of your coached challenges and then repeated one on my own. Your programs work and you by far are the best coach I have had! Thank you for creating these challenges and helping so many women feel amazing about themselves.
