Welcome to The Mom Workout Plan! This plan and these workouts were made for the busy mom trying to fit the impossible into each day. There are 6 weeks of workouts with this plan and the workouts are only 30-40 minutes. I want you to give yourself grace and be flexible with the workouts ( AKA if you're working out at home and your baby only naps for 20 minutes, you can shorten the rest periods to get it done quicker, maybe shorten the sets or the reps, or skip one of the exercises all together). I want you to tell yourself this every single day " SOMETHING is better than NOTHING". We can get so into our heads and tell ourselves that if we can't fit in a full workout, we shouldn't even attempt to do anything and that's THE WORST mindset to have. It's all about learning to be flexible and getting in what you can :) Sure, we may not be able to get in six 1.5 hour workouts per week like we did before having kids, but that doesn't mean we have to stop working out all together ;)
There are 4 workouts per week scheduled on the calendar: You can move these workouts around, just click on the workout, hold and drag it to a different day! This workout plan does not require all four workouts. If four workouts per week is unrealistic for you, I want you to pick your three favorite workouts and only do those, the fourth workout is JUST optional!
The last and most important part of this workout plan. INTENSITY. These plans were made to be short and quick. I do not want you just going through the motions, if you do that, you won't get the results you're looking for. If all you have is 30-40 minutes to workout, I want you giving it YOUR ALL. Sticking to the rest periods, pushing yourself with intensity and weight being used and making the most out of each exercise. Make it all COUNT!
This plan has a gym or home workout option which you will choose at checkout. For the home plan you will need dumbbells, a long band, and glute band. For the gym plan, you will need access to a full size gym
