What is it?
An 8 Week transformation challenge that will push you to reach your goals! Start date is 4/14/25
What it’s all about:
This is a traditional strength training program with a 5 day workout split.
You have the option to choose from Home or Gym workouts! Access your workouts all on a free app& keep track of your progress and stats through the app. There are demo videos for each exercise as well as a detailed description. Your workouts, cardio, and macros (coaching only) will all be scheduled for you on the app
The Winner with the best transformation WINS
This option is for non coaching. You will not receive help with workouts/macros/cardio throughout the challenge. If you are familiar with macros and lifting then this is the plan for you.
This is an 8-week full-body workout plan all on an app. It can be used for fat loss or muscle gain. Actual start date is April 14th

Learn how to breakdown workouts by muscle group
Proper form for exercises
Different methods of cardio (low intensity, high intensity, steady state).
NUTRITION
The importance of nutrition combined with training.
How to track your macros.

This is a challenge where all clients will start and end at the same time
