4 Week Mini Challenge (Starts 5/19) *Phase 16 Gym challenge & Phase 22 Home Challenge*

This is 4 week full-body GYM or HOME workout challenge all on an app. This guide includes 4 weeks worth of workouts and a Macro/ Nutrition Guide. No coaching is included. For the gym version you will need access to a full size gym. For the Home version you will need a pair of dumbbells ( more is optimal but one pair will work).

You will have access to the app and workouts after the 4 weeks ends. Start date is 5/19. You will not receive anything until 2-3 days before the challenge starts.

-There will be a demo video for each exercise as well as a description.
