This is an 8 week full-body AT HOME ONLY workout plan all on an app. This guide includes 8 weeks worth of home workouts. No coaching or nutrition is included. You will have access to the app and workouts after the 8 weeks ends.
-There will be a demo video for each exercise as well as a description.
You will need dumbbells and a glute band for this program.
What you will learn:
TECHNIQUE
-Learn how to breakdown workouts by muscle group
-Proper form for exercises
-Different methods of cardio (low intensity, high intensity, steady state).
