This is 6 week full-body workout plan all on an app. It can be used for fat loss or lean muscle gain. (Heavy emphasis on legs and glutes) all through an app on your device! This guide includes 6 weeks worth of workouts. No coaching or nutrition is included. You will have access to the app and workouts after the 6 weeks ends.
-There will be a demo video for each exercise as well as a description.

-Learn how to breakdown workouts by muscle group
-Proper form for exercises
-Different methods of cardio (low intensity, high intensity, steady state).
